Good evening.

Jasmine Breath

Breathe the way you smell jasmine. All the way in, slowly, because you don't want to miss any of it. Then let it go without a thought.

Somewhere in the middle it gets uncomfortable. A burning nose, tingling hands, an ache in the shoulders. That is the part that works. You can shift or move. You just don't stop breathing.

25 minutes · five movements · a chime every five

Jasmine Breath

25 minutes · five movements

The breath does not stop for the first 20 minutes. Deep, full inhale. That is 90% of the work. The exhale is short, so just let it go.
A burning nose, tingling hands, aching legs, shoulders or neck, restless thoughts. All of it is normal. It is your CO2 dropping, and it passes. Shift or move if you need to, but keep breathing through it. Afterwards your head is clear.

Sit or kneel on the floor. Never in water, never while driving. Skip it if you are pregnant or have a heart, blood-pressure or seizure condition.

A chime marks every 5 minutes. Ringer on, volume up.
